CHP Market Committee Update:
A Successful Spring and Exciting Plans Ahead!

We’re thrilled to share that the CHP Spring Market was a huge success! Thanks to our wonderful vendors and supportive neighbors, the event brought great energy and community spirit to Chestnut Hill Plantation. From handmade goods and sweet treats to unique gifts and local services, there was something for everyone—and we loved seeing our community come together.

The CHP Market Committee was formed to create opportunities like this for neighbors to connect, support local businesses, and enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood. With one market in the spring before Mother’s Day and another in the winter after the clubhouse is decorated for the holidays, our goal is to make these events a seasonal tradition that everyone looks forward to.

We’re already getting excited for the Holiday Market, scheduled for December 7! Stay tuned for vendor announcements and festive fun.

Best of all, proceeds from vendor fees are now being set aside in a reserve fund for future clubhouse renovations—a meaningful way to invest in the heart of our community while enjoying events that bring us all together.
