CHP HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Board Members in Attendance: David Wright, Toni Jumper, Sarah Lewis, Karen Sipos, Jan Talkish-Rigney

1. Reminder 2nd half of the year HOA Dues are Due! To avoid late fees do not be late

2. Pool:
    a. Sept. 30 is the last day that the pool will be open.
    b. The pool umbrellas have been put out and so far have remained taken care of.
    c. Gym and other fobs can look similar to our pool fobs, we caution residents not to let in people claiming that their “pool fob isn’t working.”

3. Pond:
    a. Carp has been ordered and the ponds treated. The fish feeder has also been added.

4. Landscaping:
    a. Minimal grass clippings have been in the water.
    b. Bottom algae poses a problem, but otherwise all else is good.

5. Placards:
    a. Have been ordered, estimated to arrive August 12.

6. Safety Committee:
    a. Toni Jumper has offered to head up the Safety Committee.
        i. First meeting will be announced soon

7. Open Discussions:
    a. Pickleball courts, are they still in consideration?
        i. Safety is currently our priority.
        ii. The temporary courts can continue to be used until we’re able to make improvements.
        iii. Moving the temporary courts is not allowed but still being done
        iv. Gate locks 3 & 4 need replaced/repaired.
        v. Resident adds that consideration for the Pickleball courts is greatly appreciated.
