CHP HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Board Members in Attendance: David Wright, David Bergeron, JJ Gentry, Jan Talkish-Rigney, Toni Jumper, Karen Sipos, Sarah Lewis

- Sign Restoration:
- The frames have been stained, the finished signs should arrive in the next 2 weeks.
- Pool & Playground Fence Project:
- The playground has been pressure washed thanks to a resident who volunteered to do the work. Thank you so much for that!
- Some bolts need replaced and playground padding. Nothing dangerous.
- The brick project will be revisited
- The iron fencing and other items like the bike rack and railings have been painted.
- Pool: Opened on May 1st, last Sunday was the true first day due to rain.
- Police have been called twice and some fobs deactivated in response to behaviors.
- Please DO NOT fob people in that are not part of your household or a guest if they are unable to use their own fob or do not have one.
- Furniture restoration- straps are in and should be finished this week.
- Pump – Karen will follow up to see if the work has been completed.
- There’s a small chunk in the bottom of the pool that will need to be repaired.
- Deck also needs repairs. Karen will get quotes.
- Police have been called twice and some fobs deactivated in response to behaviors.
- Ponds:
- Algae treatments have been done on some of the ponds
- All ponds will be fertilized this month.
- The fish feeder is in and will be installed this month.
- JJ has asked for help with the installation
- Safety Committee:
- Will be meeting in June.
- Reminder that all dogs must be contained by house, leash, or fence.
- Committee will discuss solutions further in light of recent tragedy.
- Reminder to residents to please call animal control if they see a lose dog.
- Committee will discuss solutions to parking concerns at the clubhouse.
- Landscape/Split Rail Fence:
- Lost Creek fence has been removed, solutions for the split rail fence at the pond will need to be discussed.
