About xx members attended
Landscaping:
- Getting quotes on pump
- Getting quotes on relays behind light pole 22: damaged by sewer installation.
- There’s a tree near Gauley and Wiltown that’s leaning. Need to find out who it belongs to. Us? Other property? Or is it in the power line easement?
- Brush is being dumped on the dam. Please tell neighbors not to do this.
Pool:
- We have over $2,000 in credits for the times the attendants didn’t come.
- Cover anchors $645
- Underwater light $500
- For next year we need to replace the filter sand $2,700
Old Business:
- Tennis light repair: parts are in, waiting for the electrician to find the time with good weather.
- Lady’s sink at the pool is done.
- Lady’s shower at the pool – shall we accept this quote or get more quotes?
New Business:
- Request for driveway expansion
- Voted to deny
- ElderBerries want the signs to promote their BYOB happy hour.
- Decided not to get involved in an alcohol-based event.
- The Point sign
- Voted to insist it be changed to match the rest of the neighborhood signs
- Can only forward board emails to 4 people for free.
- David W will teach David B how to set up a forwarding filter in Gmail so we can all have the emails.
- SLED asked to use the field for drone training
- Little Library is here. Post and protector is about $20 from Lowe’s. Need to install it.
Financial:
- Got a bill for sewer. Didn’t know we had sewer. Will have to budget for that next year.
- Expenses still higher than we thought, but collections also still higher than we thought, so still on track to break even this year
- The foreclosures helped. We’re down to 77 homeowners delinquent for a total of $73,000.
